This initiative is being run in collaboration with PMI Germany, PMI Finland & PMI Ireland and is aimed to empower Women in the Project Management profession and the program will run for 6 months (February to July 2023.)
The event is an introduction to the FEMP program. The collaboration with Germany will start 2 weeks after this event (mid February, further information on this will be shared with attendees)
Anyone can attend this meeting, but you will have to be a PMI member to take part in the program.
Individuals will fill out a short bio and set their goals. There will be a speed introduction session where you will be able to meet as many people as possible. You will then have the opportunity to be put in a group (via Teams) where you will journey within that group for the duration of 6 months.
Accountability, vulnerability, support, growth, focus, encouragement, empowerment; these are some of the things you will experience during the time leading you to reach the goal you set for yourself. Towards the end of the 6 months we will run 3 Workshops in collaboration with Germany, Finland and Ireland. It is exciting and we look forward to welcoming you on board.
