Eigen Halpin shares her inspiring career pivot from IT and Telecoms into aviation programme management. Starting as a young woman in a male-dominated industry, Eigen found confidence and structure through PMI methodologies—advice from early mentors at Alcatel-Lucent led her to pursue her PMP, a decision she never regretted.
