PMI UK Webinar: Everyday Ethics for Project Managers: how can you be a positive force? 16th October 2025

This webinar on Everyday Ethics traces the history of ethics to the present day, and uses Case Studies from Sarah’s practice to illustrate commonly-experienced challenges for Project Managers everywhere and to show where PMs can seek ‘everyday’ to improve project health. Sarah will use international research to explore the practicalities for PMs of Everyday Ethics: ‘doing’ business; key skills; and the organisational compass. We will then look-ahead to the ‘new workplace’, the emerging use of AI and its intersection with ethics. Finally, Sarah will collate the data on how diversity makes a workplace more ethical, healthy and happy, and ultimately successful!
