PMI UK London Branch Event: The Rise of Agentic AI: Shaping the Future. 8th October 2025
This event will be taking place in Room 309 Roberts Engineering Building, University College London, Torrington Place, London WC1E 7JE
With a background straddling both cutting-edge AI development and strategic business execution, Steve brings a rare perspective on how emerging technologies are reshaping the way decisions, projects, and even organisations function. His work focuses on the design and deployment of agentic AI—systems capable of reasoning, learning, and acting autonomously—and he’s been at the forefront of designing cutting edge solutions that safely harness this intelligence for measurable impact.
In this thought-provoking session, Steve will cut through the hype to explore where AI truly stands today, what’s driving the rise of agentic systems, and how these changes affect project managers, PMOs, and entire delivery functions – and touching on data science implications. Drawing on real-world applications and current capabilities, he will offer a compelling view into how agentic AI is already shaping workflows, accelerating decision-making, and challenging traditional models of governance and execution. For project professionals, this isn’t just a technology trend—it’s a strategic inflection point.
As AI moves from predictive analytics to autonomous orchestration, project and data leaders face both opportunity and upheaval. Steve will provide a roadmap for navigating this shift, highlighting where project professionals can lead rather than react. Expect insight, challenge, and a glimpse into what it really means to manage with AI, not just alongside it.
