Bob Keiller will share lessons relating to the practical leadership of change from his extensive experience in leading large (and small) organisations. Through his stories, you will hear how a positive organisational culture can drive the human dimension of change, and what can be done to overcome barriers to change.
Andy Sutherland will provide an overview of the technical side of Change Management and discuss the key features of Change Management tools before providing lessons from his experiences.
Lolu Olufemi will provide strategic insights and hands-on expertise in people-centred Change Management, offering practical and actionable tools to create sustainable change.

Bob Keiller CBE FREng MEng CEng FIET is an entrepreneur with a passion for inspiring others. A former Offshore Supervisor, Project Manager and Asset Manager. Bob was CEO of PSN, Wood Group PSN and Wood Group. He has Chaired several organisa ons including ASCO Group, Scottish Enterprise, Entrepreneurial Scotland, The Offshore Contractors Association, Offshore Energy UK, Our Union Street and Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce.
Lolu Olufemi is a People-centred Change Management Speaker & Coach with an MBA and almost two decades of experience as a consultant in the Big 4, leading teams and working with mul na onal clients. Known for her #LoluLessons on LinkedIn, Lolu brings strategic insights and hands-on expertise in people-centric change management and has helped organisations across sectors navigate change successfully by putting people at the heart of change.
Andy Sutherland is Managing Director of Prism Energy and leads the consultancy and digital sides of the Project Delivery business. Using his experience in the Energy industry he helps companies improve project delivering by developing and implementing digital tools and systems that streamline change, risk, action, and lessons learned management.
