3. Operational Risk in Agile Projects

  • Monitoring operational risk levels during agile delivery
  • Higher perceived operational risk during increments compared to project completion. The need for additional Risk Controls and KRIs, ( An example of a credit card company acquiring a CC business, unsure of AML practices, so had to introduce further controls)

4. Agile Project Risk Management
