Tania Beciez is a Project Professional dedicated for +10 years to promoting development and efficient work on Teams. She started her career at IBM and has been in love with the impact that technology and projects can have on improving people’s lives. Ever since she has been dedicated to Project Management in all its flavors: traditional, agile, hybrid, etc. and a variety of industries such as IT, InfoSec, Finance and FMCGs performing different project-management-related roles in corporations, PMOs and as a consultant.  Since 2015 she holds the PMP ® certification and this 2025 the PMI-PMOCP TM, continuously doing what she loves the most: learning something new, trying the uncharted, and most importantly coaching and guiding teams with passion to achieve project success with the unique talent that each one has bringing it together into collaborative work. Originally from Mexico, in 2018 Tania started her biggest project so far: moving to Vienna, which she has achieved by 2020. She currently leads the team of Program Managers managing certifications and audits in the R&D department at Dynatrace in a vibrant multicultural team.
