MBA and Industrial Engineer with over 10 years of experience leading projects in digital transformation, logistics automation, technological innovation, and supply chain management in the retail, industrial, logistics, and airport services sectors. Highly skilled in project portfolio management, distribution center automation, ERP, WMS, and TMS implementation, agile methodologies, continuous improvement, and omnichannel solutions involving CRM, CDP, DMS, and data analytics. With experience at both domestic and international companies, leading negotiations, agreements, and strategic contracts that strengthen organizations’ operational efficiency and global expansion.
