Public speaking is a key project management skill and Toastmasters is an efficient, enjoyable and affordable way of gaining great communication and leadership skills. By learning to effectively formulate and express your ideas, you open an entirely new world of possibilities. You’ll be more persuasive and confident when giving presentations and you’ll improve your one-on-one dealings with others.

Project Managers can often spend more time managing people than plans, yet few are trained in the interpersonal skills that make a big difference: active listening, asking powerful questions and providing constructive feedback. This session draws on core coaching methodology and translates it into practical approaches Project Managers can use immediately: in stakeholder meetings, status updates, and difficult conversations to build even stronger project teams and stakeholder relationships. This session is particularly relevant for PMs who lead without being the loudest voice in the room and want their influence to come from substance rather than volume.
