Many projects successfully deliver systems, infrastructure, and outputs—yet struggle to realize sustained social value beyond implementation. This session moves beyond awareness into execution by exploring how project management and change management must work together to deliver, embed, and sustain social value outcomes. Using a real digital transformation case (Project iGUANA), I will demonstrate how sustainability is not only an environmental or reporting objective, but a human, workforce, and adoption challenge. Participants will explore how to: identify who benefits—and who is at risk of being left behind apply a change impact lens to uncover real stakeholder and workforce implications design role-based training, engagement, and support models leverage Change Champions and readiness insights connect delivery to benefits realization and long-term value
