PMI UK Sustainability Summit 2026. 25th June 2026

In 2026, we move from awareness to execution. Building on the momentum of previous Sustainability Summits, The Evergreen Project Manager focuses on Green Project Management and the practical application of sustainability and regeneration across industries.

Project professionals sit at the centre of change. We influence decisions, resources, timelines, and stakeholder priorities. Through our projects, we shape infrastructure, systems, products, and services and therefore long-term environmental, social, and economic value.

This summit is a call to action. Success is no longer defined by time, cost, and scope alone, but by the value we create for people, planet, and prosperity. This year’s summit will challenge project professionals to lead differently, act boldly, and embed sustainability into everyday delivery.

PMI UK Webinar: Reinventing Personalization Through AI and Machine Learning. 16th July 2026

This session will share how the Next Best Action engine is powered by AI shifting from broad segmentation logic to a system that recommends the right action, for the right person, at the right moment. No hype, no vendor pitch. Just the real decisions, trade-offs, and hard lessons from delivering AI-driven personalisation at scale across multiple markets.

The big shift isn’t technical, it’s a mindset change from group photo to selfie. From designing for segments to designing for individuals. If you’re a project or product professional navigating your organisation’s AI ambitions, or a CRM practitioner ready to move beyond batch-and-blast, this session gives you a practical, grounded look at what it actually takes to make intelligent decisioning land and deliver real business value.

PMI Nexus of Learning Online Book Club – August Edition. Hosted by PMI Germany. 27th August 2026

This month, we dive into one of the most timely and thought-provoking ideas of our era: the power of rethinking.

In Think Again, Adam Grant challenges the assumption that intelligence is about having the right answers. Instead, he argues that true wisdom lies in our ability to question our own beliefs, unlearn outdated ideas, and stay mentally flexible in a fast-changing world.

Through engaging research, real-world examples, and compelling storytelling, Grant explores why we cling to opinions long after they stop serving us—and how adopting a mindset of curiosity rather than certainty can lead to better decisions, stronger relationships, and more innovative organisations.

Our discussion will explore how Think Again reframes disagreement as a tool for growth, highlights the dangers of overconfidence, and offers practical strategies for becoming more open-minded without losing conviction.

PMI UK Webinar: Winning the C-Suite: How PMOs Can Build Trust and Drive Strategy. 15th September 2026

Let’s be honest, most executives don’t wake up thinking about the PMO. They’re focused on business results, growth, and avoiding surprises in board meetings. If your PMO isn’t directly helping them achieve those goals, you’ll struggle to get their buyin (or even their attention).

In this session, we’ll tackle the reality head on: PMOs that thrive don’t just track projects they drive strategy. The secret? Speaking the language of executives, proving ROI, and making sure the right projects get done (not just the loudest ones).

PMI Nexus of Learning Online Book Club – October Edition. Hosted by PMI Germany. 15th October 2026

In this edition of the Nexus of Learning Book Club, we use Agentic Artificial Intelligence by Pascal Bornet as a springboard to explore a much bigger question: How should project leaders operate when AI systems are no longer just tools but autonomous collaborators?

Agentic AI represents the next phase of digital transformation. Many organizations are already experimenting with generative AI, but very few are structurally prepared for systems that can reason, plan, trigger workflows, and operate with semi-autonomy. This book was selected because it shifts the conversation from AI as a capability to AI as a transformation catalyst that reshapes governance, delivery models, and leadership accountability. This session goes beyond summarizing the book. Instead, it translates the concept of agentic AI into practical enterprise scenarios—banking modernization, AI-driven automation, governance-heavy production environments, and cross-border transformation programs.
