Emma-Ruth Arnaz-Pemberton is the Director of Consulting Services at Wellingtone. She is a Fellow of the Association for Project Management, lead of their PMO Interest Network, contributor to the APM Body of Knowledge, a member of the IPMA Standards Committee, and an Axelos P3M3 Assessor. Emma-Ruth runs the Wellingtone Community, she founded the Wellingtone Training Academy and the FuturePMO conference. She develops accredited courses and services to help PMOs achieve their goals and win industry awards.
