• Richard Blackwell from United Utilities to talk about the fresh water supply in the UK, and sanitation
• Rachel Kipling from the Calder Rivers Trust to talk about the Calder Catchment in Yorkshire, including the history of engineering features and projects to denaturalise the river
• Henry Reynolds, farmer, to talk about food production and regenerative farming
• Alison Stowell, Senior Lecturer at Lancaster University, to talk about food distribution and packaging
