Alexis is a senior project manager with over 30 years’ experience in financial services, including more than 10 years delivering projects and change. Her career has included complex transformation, operational change, governance, and business readiness working with a wide range of stakeholders and external clients. Alexis is also passionate about volunteering and giving back to the project management community, although this is her first volunteering role with PMI. At the PMI Synergy Conference, she is part of the organising team and leads the Front of House team, combining her project management experience with her enthusiasm for bringing people together and creating a welcoming, engaging experience"
