I served 29 years in the Royal Navy Submarine Service, before moving over to the Civil Service as a Project Manager where I have worked on improvements projects at the waterfront and IT upgrades over 18 sites and two countries. I have just moved over to the USA with the MOD. On the previous two Synergy events I was the Project Manager and this year I have assisted in the coordination of Speakers and assisting in Marketing/branding.
