Then, within private equity there is an imperative of urgency and tangible results: things move fast and there is no time for decision procrastination. PE hires industry specialists to help assess the current state and design the future of their investment. But, who develops a framework and a roadmap to bridge between future and present state?
This session will demonstrate that programme and project management skills are critical component of transformation, more then change management per se. This is true in private equity but also in any other fast-past, high-risk transformational change such could be AI deployment. The presentation will discuss what framework is best fit for purpose as well as examples from the frontline. Those who attend will get ideas – pragmatic solutions to some of the most common challenges in transformation.
About the Speaker
Dr Mili Kacher is an independent management consultant from London, specialising in business transformation. She holds a doctorate in Economics and has been a certified Project Management Professional® (PMP) since 2013.
Over the years, Mili has successfully delivered multi-million-dollar transformations within private equity portfolio companies – operational turnarounds, operating model changes, organisational restructuring, technology integrations and M&A.
Being a former senior executive in a portfolio company herself, she understands first-handed the challenges that transformation poses to the C-suite and works along their side to conceptualise systemic solutions and develop framework that will drive focus and enable change, whilst minimally impacting “business as usual”.
Outside of work, Mili is a competitive endurance runner and a « Boston Qualifier ».
