The AGM 2025 is called to submit to you the following resolutions:

• Resolution 1:  Approval of PMI UK Chapter 2024 Accounts
• Resolution 2: In line with PMI’s tradition of recognising the value and contributions of Past Presidents, the membership resolves to add Article 24.7 to the Articles of Association of PMINST (UK) Limited, which shall read as follows: “Upon completing their term of office, the President ceases to be a Trustee. If they are not re-elected or are ineligible for re-election under Article 24.5, they shall be nominated as an Honorary Trustee. As an Honorary Trustee, they will participate in the Board of Trustees for one term, without voting rights.”
