A Zoom account is not required to attend the sessions, however, for full enjoyment a free Zoom account is advisable.

Yes. You can join using a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.

Log in to Zoom Events using the same email address used for registration and enter the Event Lobby.

The Event Lobby is your central hub where you can:

• Join live sessions
• View speaker profiles
• Access resources
• Network with attendees
• Watch recordings as they become available

Yes. Zoom provides attendee guides and short video tutorials for first-time users.

Yes. You can bookmark sessions and build a personalised itinerary within the summits Lobby.

Yes. Most sessions include Q&A and chat facilities. We encourage attendees to submit questions throughout the session.

Yes. Zoom Events includes networking features that allow attendees to connect and engage throughout the day.

Most sessions will be recorded, subject to speaker permissions.

Recordings will be published in the Zoom Events Event Lobby as soon as processing is complete, often during the summit itself.

You can watch the recording in the Event Lobby once it has been published.

Recordings will remain available in Zoom Events during the summit and will be published on our PMI UK YouTube channel within a few days of the event. You can check out earlier event on our Resources page.

Yes. PMI members may be eligible to claim up to 20 PDUs, subject to attendance and PMI requirements.
