Bogdan Muraru is currently employed by Cisco in a Field CTO focused on AI and Cybersecurity.  His role is specialising in consultative engagements, technology strategy advisory and operating model transformation.  Leveraging over 20 years of industry expertise across both public and private sectors having worked for Capgemini, Oxford University Press, NHS Digital, Ericsson and more.

Holding MSc for both Systems Thinking(OpenUni) and Advanced Cyber Security (KCL), he is driving organisational transformation and technological innovation for his customers and teams. His career spans roles such as Technology Pre-sales, Project and Program Manager, Enterprise Architect, Transformation Leader, ITSM Consultant, and Software Engineer.

He holds multiple certifications including PMP, PMI- ACP (Agile Certified Professional), SAFe Agilist, ITIL, and TOGAF,  Azure Solutions Architect Expert and Cybersecurity Architect Expert.

Bogdan is passionate about fostering environments where innovation and collaboration thrives, has been living in Wales for more than a decade and loves a good mountain hike or walk around the coastal path.
