About the Speaker

Peter Wardle is a former British Army Officer with the Royal Engineers and has 30+ years of experience managing Project, Programmes and Portfolios. His experience includes demerger, post-merger integration, IT system transformation, launching start-ups and creating high performing project delivery teams. He has worked in both the public sector; military, rail and highways, and private sector; telco/utilities, travel and education. Peter’s specialism is project/programme recovery/turnaround and assurance.
