About the speakers

 

Jennifer Tharp is an experienced leader with broad, global, multi-functional experience. She has proven abilities to grow businesses and teams from scratch in start-ups and established multinationals. She is also a PMI Board Member and is the PMI Global Sponsor for Women in Projects. Jennifer is passionate about promoting diversity and accelerating the pace of change.

Lucila Dotto leads the team that works to connect and empower the PMI Community in Europe. Educated as a Psychologist, Lucliais is an SME in culture transformation, leadership development, and behaviour change.

She is passionate about education. An interesting fact? Lucila wrote a book in Spanish, which translates as ‘Have the courage to be yourself’ This talk got a standing ovation when presented at the recent International Conference in Poland.

Nigel Smith is an Agile Project Manager and Coach at one of Silicon Valley’s fastest-growing private tech companies, Sitetracker, Immediate Past Director of Professional Development at the Project Management Institute UK Chapter, and a long-standing member of Toastmasters International, where he’s currently president of PMI UK Changemakers Club. If you have seen him speak, you know that Nigel will grab your attention and give you practical takeaways.
