Webinar Description
In an era defined by volatility, complexity, and rapid change, traditional project management models rooted in rigid hierarchies and top-down control are no longer sufficient. This provocative webinar challenges the status quo, exploring how leadership, when reimagined as a dynamic, adaptive force, can transform project environments into spaces of innovation, resilience, and strategic agility.
