Description
This session explores the human dimension of sustainability and why human factors often decide whether sustainability programs succeed or fail. While many initiatives focus on technical solutions, the biggest challenges usually sit with people: capability, behaviour, culture, equity, and inclusion. Drawing on insights from interviews with sustainability leaders around the world, academic research and Green Project Management (GPM) models, we will look at how people are the key are the key to sustainability success.
