PMI UK Webinar: Strengthening Diagnostic Networks Through Project Management: A Systems Approach to Reliable Diagnostics. 11th June 2026

Strengthening diagnostic networks requires more than technical expertise, it demands structured project management to coordinate complex workflows, stakeholders, and quality systems. This session demonstrates how PMBOK® principles can be applied to improve diagnostic value chains, optimize turnaround time, and enhance system reliability in resource-limited settings. Drawing on practical lessons from Zambia’s provincial diagnostic network, the presentation explores how project management tools support ISO 15189:2022 and ISO 22367 risk-based implementation. Participants will gain actionable insights on integrating project governance, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement into diagnostic network strengthening efforts. This session is ideal for professionals seeking to bridge the gap between healthcare operations and formal project management practices.
