Shirley Thomspon is a seasoned Project Manager and Coach with 30+ years in corporate life and 20 years in coaching, holding a doctorate in coaching and mentoring. She empowers professionals and leaders to strengthen soft skills, build trust, and adopt responsible conversations for better collaboration. Her focus areas include leadership development, mentoring, and responsible project management.

Ruchika Dhingra is a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in IT and business transformation projects. She is passionate about mentoring, leadership development, and empowering project professionals to achieve career growth. As an active PMI volunteer, she has supported mentoring initiatives and advocates for building strong professional networks that foster collaboration and innovation.
