PMI UK Webinar: From Resolution to Revolution: How to Make Changes Permanent in 2026? Part 3: From Frameworks to Fieldwork: Real World Scenarios, Tough Calls & Live. 21st April 2026

Following strong interest in Parts 1 and 2, this final webinar brings together the most impactful insights from both the “hard” and “soft” sides of change, illustrated through real‑world case stories from their practice – good, bad and entertaining ones. Mili and Nathalie will briefly recap key concepts such as SMART pressure, effective change tracking, the role of organisational culture in strategy execution, before moving into a practical Live Q&A.

This webinar will offer perspectives on challenges related to lack of engagement, tough trade‑offs, course‑correcting when a change turns out to be wrong, choosing the right frameworks and balancing transformation work with day‑to‑day operations.

All participants are invited to shape the discussion by submitting their questions in advance either via email to Ona or through LinkedIn to Mili Kacher or Nathalie Lion.
