PMI UK Webinar: From Resolution to Revolution: How to Make Changes Permanent in 2026? Part 2. 3rd March 2026

As we enter a new year, motivation to do things differently is at its peak — both personally and professionally. Yet, just like New Year’s resolutions, many organizational changes lose momentum once the initial enthusiasm fades.

Join us for an interactive two-part session exploring how to make change stick in 2026.

Part 2/2: The “soft” side of change – culture, behaviours, fear and how to address them

New year is a perfect moment to reflect and adopt new practices: leverage the motivation boost that comes with new beginnings. Same as with new year resolutions, once motivation is gone, so is the change. This happens in our lives but also in our work (in organisations).

In the second part of this two-part webinar series, Nathalie Lion explains what the impact of culture on the “appetite for change” and offers tips and tricks to Project/Program Managers for driving the right behaviours when implementing a change. You will discuss different aspects of (organisational) change, its complexity and related difficulties: resistance, fading enthusiasm, unclear ownership, and post-launch chaos.
You will gain concrete tools and methods for creating alignment, building accountability, and sustaining performance long after the project is “done.”
