Emma Simon, MSc, PMP

Emma is a technical project and program manager with extensive experience in complex international projects. She is an active contributor to the Women in Projects Network and is passionate about helping project professionals strengthen both their technical and soft skills.

In this session, she will focus on translating business concepts into practical project decisions — including understanding value drivers, interpreting indicators, and using fundamental calculations and metrics when working with product, finance, and leadership stakeholders.
