Shenila Makhani – I am a project management professional, trainer, and ethics advocate with over 20 years of experience across healthcare, IT, education, and consulting. I am a certified PMP® and an active volunteer with the Project Management Institute (PMI), currently serving as a member of the PMI Ethics Advisory Team, contributing to ethics-focused initiatives and global knowledge sharing.

I regularly design and deliver workshops, webinars, and guest lectures on project management, leadership, entrepreneurship, and professional ethics for academic and professional audiences. My speaking experience includes presenting at the PMI Global Summit 2025 in Phoenix, as well as delivering virtual presentations to international audiences across multiple regions. I am also a frequent guest speaker at universities and professional forums, where I share practical insights on real-world project challenges, ethical decision-making, and leadership development. My approach blends theory with lived experience to foster reflective learning and meaningful dialogue.
