In many organizations, especially in traditional and asset-heavy industries like Oil & Gas, digital transformation is no longer optional—it is mission-critical. Yet most transformation programs struggle not because of technology, but because of legacy systems, entrenched processes, and cultural resistance.
In this session, Angel Chew, an international Senior Project Manager with 15 years of experience leading global IT infrastructure, cloud migration, and digitalization initiatives—shares practical, real-world insights from complex programs delivered across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
Drawing on transformation work with T-Systems, Halliburton, Shell, and multinational energy clients, Angel offers a transparent look at what it really takes to modernize legacy environments.
Attendees will learn how to navigate stakeholder resistance, manage risks in high-dependency systems, apply Agile and hybrid delivery models within infrastructure teams, and lead cross-functional global teams through high-pressure transitions. The session blends project management discipline with actionable field lessons—providing a roadmap for PMs looking to lead successful digital transformation in any high-complexity environment.
Join us to gain proven strategies, avoid costly pitfalls, and elevate your capability as a digital-era project leader.
