PMI UK Webinar: From Resolution to Revolution: How to Make Changes Permanent in 2026? Part 1. 24th February 2026

As we enter a new year, motivation to do things differently is at its peak — both personally and professionally. Yet, just like New Year’s resolutions, many organizational changes lose momentum once the initial enthusiasm fades.
Join us for an interactive two-part session exploring how to make change stick in 2026.
Part 1/2: The “hard” side of change – methodology and tools to make change permanent.
New year is a perfect moment to reflect and adopt new practices: leverage the motivation boost that comes with new beginnings. Same as with new year resolutions, once motivation is gone, so is the change. This happens in our lives but also in our work (in organisations).
In the first part of this two-part webinar series, Dr Mili Kacher shares the tools, structures, and strategies that help PMs embed change, sustain momentum, and overcome the most common real-life obstacles that derail transformation. You will walk away with practical frameworks and immediately usable techniques to keep teams focused, accountable, make the right decisions and ensure lasting change.
