Known for his significant contributions to project management and leadership, James Louttit is a passionate advocate for empowering and developing teams. He has led projects at all levels from the shop floor to the C-Suite and works with the biggest companies in Ireland and internationally to help increase the IMPACT of their people. His professional journey has taken him through roles including Head of Project Management Competency at Bank of Ireland and Chief Information Officer at Cpl, and now, as the founder and Lead Trainer at Impactful Limited, he shares those insights with thousands of people each year through his training, speaking and facilitation sessions both online and in-person. He is an associate member of the Irish management Institute and guest Lecturer at the University of Manchester.
