PMI UK Virtual Annual General Meeting. 22nd April 2024

The AGM 2024 is called to submit to you the following resolutions:

  • Resolution 1:   Approval of PMI UK Chapter 2023 Accounts
  • Resolution 2:  Considering that the election process was affected by a delay of almost one year, concluding with the appointment of Trustees on 26 September 2023, and the fact that the PMI Chapter financial year runs from 1st January to 31 December, and that previously the terms of Chapter’s officers started from 1st January, the membership resolves that the three (3) year term stated in the Articles of Association of the Trustees rightfully elected, will run until 31st December 2026.
