Project management drives change across the globe and harnessing this energy to restore natural resources and reduce social tensions is both challenging and urgent. We may not all be rebels, but project managers need to respond to the environmental and social crisis of today. Responsible Project Management is a new concept that is emerging from collaboration between researchers and practitioners. We will hear about why projects need to be managed responsibly, learn about the emerging concept of Responsible Project Management and some practical changes that project managers can make.
