Mind Mapping is a useful tool to include in project managers’ toolkit for managing certain aspects of projects.It is effective to generate, visualize, structure and classify ideas, and as an aid to organizing information, solving problems and making decisions. It can be integrated with standard project management tools to maximize efficiency of information and communications management.
Liam will share practical examples of how mind mapping can be used to enable and enhance project management knowledge and facilitate coordination and communication within the PMO as well as stakeholders.
