Carole

Carole Osterweil is an author, project troubleshooter, and coach known for bringing an understanding of how the human brain works to the worlds of project management and business transformation.

Her mission is to make the invisible dynamics that hinder delivery more visible. Carole's current assignments include building the UK Government’s senior change, project, and program management capability at Cranfield University. She holds an MBA and has trained in neuroscience, psychotherapy, and the arts.

 Lloyd Skinner

Lloyd Skinner is the CEO of greyfly.ai and has been researching the use of AI in project management for nearly 5 years. He has developed a suite of Intelligent Project Predictions tools and has over 25 years of experience in programme management. He has led successful change and transformation projects and is a non-executive director at 3 other companies.

John Moore 

John Moore is a consultant in Agile, Business Analysis, Project, Programme, and Portfolio Management. He has experience in both business and IT functions in the public and private sectors. John holds several credentials, including PMP, PRINCE2, Praxis Framework, MSP, and ITIL.

Ian Clarkson

Ian Clarkson is a highly experienced director, consultant, author, facilitator, and international speaker with over 20 years’ experience in project, programme, and portfolio management, organizational change, and learning.

He is an advisor to many organizations on project management best practice and has contributed to the development of several project management frameworks. Ian is passionate about helping organizations improve PPM delivery and encouraging the next generation of PPM professionals
