PMI UK Webinar: Modernising Project Management Through an Adaptive PPM Approach. 12th February 2024

12th Feb 2024 webinar 1 min

Change is constant in project and portfolio management, and it requires organisations and their teams to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and objectives. To keep pace, and keep strategy and operations aligned, it is essential to adopt Progressive Adaptability: a set of change management processes or frameworks to facilitate agility, improve execution, and achieve on-time, on-budget delivery. As a result, digital transformation is enabling this shift toward adaptive project and portfolio management, and breaking down data and communication silos across the organization. This approach can help PMOs leverage adaptive PPM to reach three essential goals: drive value realization, provide ongoing change leadership and optimize performance.

Join Yaniv Shor, Proggio's CEO & Co-founder, to hear his insightful and eventful journey from project management pains, to authoring his first book, Time to Deliver, and eventually patenting Proggio's Project Map™. In this interactive and insightful webinar, we'll explore adaptive project and portfolio management styles, grasp key methodologies for progressive adaptability, and observe the transformative impact of digital transformation.

To wrap it all up Yaniv will tackle all of your burning questions, and we'll share an exciting surprise for all attendees!
