WHY PROJECT ADMINISTRATION IS A WASTE OF TIME
We waste a significant amount of time administrating projects, some of which bakes in errors and is shaped by bias. Within this talk Forecast will be exploring how we can use AI to reinvent how we manage and administrate projects and project a few case studies to help evidence how things are changing. We’ll help to shine a light on where AI works well and where we still have more work to do.
