Sergej Trisic - Global Head of Programme Management Practice SAP 

Sergej is a senior director in SAP’s Digital Business Services organisation. As Head of the Strategic Programme Management Group, EMEA he leads a team of delivery executives who are responsible for the delivery of large, complex programs for strategic customers across EMEA (typically FTSE 100 and similar size companies). 

Sergej is also SAP’s Global Head of the Programme Management Practice, leading the practice of 300 professionals and providing thought leadership in in the programme management area for SAP.

Following a degree in Politics and a post-graduate qualification in Transport Engineering & Planning, Sarah spent a number of years working in Manchester on projects such as the upgrade of the West Coast Mainline and the Manchester Metrolink. After moving to London, Sarah became Chief of Staff at Crossrail Limited, the organisation responsible for delivery of the £14.8bn Crossrail Project. In 2013, Sarah joined Transport for London (TfL) as the Head of the Crossrail Sponsorship Team and in the past few months, has taken on responsibility for managing the interface between the new High Speed 2 Project and TfL. Adam Gibson - Strategic Workforce Planning Leader – Metropolitan Police

Adam joined the Metropolitan Police Service in 2015 as their Strategic Workforce Planning Leader.  He joined RMA Sandhurst in 2004, following six years as a reservist, commissioning into the Prince of Wales’s Own Regiment of Yorkshire.  As a young officer he deployed as a Platoon Commander to Basrah and later to Musa Qal’eh in the Operational Mentoring and Liaison Team (OMLT).  He later redeployed to Afghanistan as unit Adjutant before becoming the J1-lead for 16 Air Assault Brigade.  He left the Army in 2014 to become the Head of Resource Management for PwC Consulting, prior to his current role.
