Abstract: For several decades, Mike Katagiri has led and coached different types of teams. He has extensive experience in observing and coaching teams that are “flat” and “self managed” and are what he calls "Leaderful Teams".
In this one hour webinar, Mike will engage you in a learning conversation to enhance your understanding of some of the opportunities and challenges of these teams; recognize the symptoms of “healthy” and “un-healthy” teams; and take away some useful tips and tools for getting the most out of working within these types of teams.
Speaker:
Mike is Senior Vice President of Management Worlds Inc. that provides “Flight simulators” for business professionals. He has led award winning teams, and coached leaders and teams in some of the largest corporations and organizations including HP, GE. NASA, GM, and Trane on 4 continents and over 30 different countries. He served 2 terms on the PMI International Board of Directors and is currently the President Elect of the American Society for Training & Development Puget Sound Chapter.
